1. Transparent Pricing & VAT

All listed prices are denominated in GBP (£) and inclusive of statutory UK Value Added Tax (VAT). In the rare event of an obvious technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and immediately issue a full refund to the original payment method.

• Direct Bank Transfer (BACS) for high-volume or commercial trade orders

3. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Purchases

Because custom frames and bespoke headboards are cut and upholstered to individual specifications, custom orders require full upfront payment prior to workshop cutting.

4. Transaction Security

All checkout transactions pass through end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption backed by certified PCI-DSS compliant processing partners. No sensitive payment card data is retained on our web infrastructure.
