1. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. Delivery, assembly and recycling options are priced separately and shown before you pay.

If we discover a pricing mistake, we will contact you before your order goes ahead. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

2. Ways to pay

Payment method	Details
Debit and credit cards	Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Google Pay	Available at checkout on supported devices and browsers.
Klarna	Pay later or spread the cost, subject to Klarna’s eligibility checks.
Bank transfer	For trade and business orders only, by arrangement. Please contact us first.

3. When we take payment

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. This includes beds made to order, which are only put into production once payment has been received.

4. Paying with Klarna

Klarna’s payment options are provided by Klarna, not by us. Klarna may carry out checks before offering you credit, and it will show you its terms before you agree to anything. Only borrow what you can afford to repay. If you miss payments, Klarna may take action that affects your ability to borrow in future.

5. Keeping your payment safe

• Our website uses SSL encryption, so the information you send us is protected.
• Card payments are processed by WooPayments, powered by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for handling card payments.
• We never see or store your full card number.

6. Refunds

Refunds are made to the payment method you used to order. Most banks show the money in your account within 3 to 5 working days of us issuing the refund. If you paid with Klarna, Klarna will update or cancel your payment plan.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to any conditions shown with the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
