Delivery Terms

  • Standard Ground Floor Delivery: Deliveries are strictly to the ground floor entrance only. If you reside in a flat or apartment block, delivery will be made exclusively to the ground floor entrance of the building.
  • Room of Choice Upgrade: Delivery to a room of your choice is available only if the Room of Choice Upgrade is selected at checkout.
  • Unattended Delivery: Authorising goods to be left outside your property or with a neighbour is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Return Conditions

  • Collection Charges: All returned bed frames incur a standard £99.99 collection fee, unless the item is verified as faulty.
  • Original Packaging Required: All returned goods must be securely wrapped in their original packaging prior to collection. Unwrapped goods will not be collected due to potential transit damage.
  • Bespoke & Custom Orders: Customised items (including requests for modified dimensions or taller headboards) are strictly non-returnable.
