Which mattress is right for me?
Our Prime and Platinum mattresses use pocket springs with gel-infused comfort layers. The Prime Ultra 2000 and Platinum Ultra 2500 have a balanced medium-firm feel, the Prime 3000 adds a pillow top, and the Platinum 3500 is our deepest at 13.5 inches. The Prime Heated and Prime Massage models add heating zones and a massage system. You can compare them on our Prime and Platinum page.
Do your mattresses need turning?
No. Our Prime and Platinum mattresses are designed so they never need flipping or rotating.
How long does delivery take?
Beds and mattresses are usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days, and many orders arrive sooner. We will let you know if your order is going to take longer.
Is delivery free?
Yes, doorstep delivery to the ground floor is included. You can upgrade to Room of Choice delivery or full assembly when you build your bed on the product page.
Can I choose my delivery day or time?
We deliver Monday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm. Our courier will text and email your delivery slot 24 to 48 hours before delivery, and you will need to confirm it. Because the courier runs multi-drop routes, we cannot book a specific time in advance.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your confirmed delivery appointment, the courier charges a £75 re-delivery fee for a second attempt, so please make sure someone will be in.
Do you assemble the bed?
Yes. Choose Assembly when you build your bed and our team will carry it to your room and put it together. Please clear the space before they arrive. They do not dismantle old furniture or take away packaging.
Can you take my old bed away?
Yes. Add Bed Recycling when you build your bed and we will collect your old bed or mattress when we deliver the new one, and make sure it is recycled responsibly. Old items need to be dismantled, dry and ready near your entrance.
