Can I choose the fabric and colour?
Yes. Every bed is made to order in your choice of fabric and colour, along with the base, storage, headboard height and other options shown on the product page. The price updates as you choose, so you always see the total before adding to your basket.
Can I see the fabrics before I order?
Yes. We will post you up to six free fabric swatches so you can see the colours in your own room and your own light. Order them from our Free Swatches page. They usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days and there is no obligation to buy.
What sizes do you offer?
Small Single, Single, Small Double, Double, King and Super King. Not every bed is made in every size. The sizes available for a bed are shown on its product page.
Can you make a bed in a size or design that isn't listed?
Often, yes. Tell us what you need on our Bespoke Beds page and we will come back to you with a quote.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. Made-to-order beds go into production quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes, but if production has not started we will do our best to help.
Will my headboard fit up the stairs?
This is the most important thing to check before ordering. Measure your staircase, doorways, landing and the room itself, and compare them with the headboard height you are choosing. Large single-piece headboards can weigh 60 to 90kg and are made to order, so a headboard that will not fit cannot be returned. Please measure twice.
What if access to my room is tight?
Choose a Split Headboard. It is made in two pieces, so it goes up narrow staircases and through tight doorways that a single-piece headboard will not. You can select it on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
Beds and mattresses are usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days, and many orders arrive sooner. We will let you know if your order is going to take longer.
