How long does delivery take?
Beds and mattresses are usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days, and many orders arrive sooner. We will let you know if your order is going to take longer.
Is delivery free?
Yes, doorstep delivery to the ground floor is included. You can upgrade to Room of Choice delivery or full assembly when you build your bed on the product page.
Can I choose my delivery day or time?
We deliver Monday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm. Our courier will text and email your delivery slot 24 to 48 hours before delivery, and you will need to confirm it. Because the courier runs multi-drop routes, we cannot book a specific time in advance.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your confirmed delivery appointment, the courier charges a ยฃ75 re-delivery fee for a second attempt, so please make sure someone will be in.
Do you assemble the bed?
Yes. Choose Assembly when you build your bed and our team will carry it to your room and put it together. Please clear the space before they arrive. They do not dismantle old furniture or take away packaging.
Can you take my old bed away?
Yes. Add Bed Recycling when you build your bed and we will collect your old bed or mattress when we deliver the new one, and make sure it is recycled responsibly. Old items need to be dismantled, dry and ready near your entrance.
Can I return a made-to-order bed?
Beds built to your specification are made individually for you, so they cannot be returned because you have changed your mind. They are fully covered if they are faulty or damaged, and this does not affect your statutory rights.
Can I return a mattress?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it is still in its sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, once a mattress has been unsealed it can only be returned if it is faulty.
